RecoverKit is a private beta service provided by the founder on an "as is" basis.

Beta service

RecoverKit is under active development. By using the service, you acknowledge that:

• Features may change or be removed
• Downtime or errors may occur
• The service may be modified or discontinued at any time

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your Stripe account
• Reviewing recovery emails before enabling them
• Ensuring RecoverKit is appropriate for your business

RecoverKit does not replace your responsibility to monitor billing or customer communications.

Payments

RecoverKit does not process payments directly. All billing and payment activity is handled by Stripe.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecoverKit is not liable for:

• Lost revenue
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the service is at your own risk during beta.

Termination

You may stop using RecoverKit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of RecoverKit constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
